I built a couple of keyboards and got kinda confused with the software side initially, so I made a tool to make it easier. This is where I keep it, along with some documentation of the keyboards I've built.
ZMK CONFIG TOOL

A browser tool for changing ZMK keyboard settings. Things like mouse
speed, sleep timeouts, and Bluetooth options, etc without having to edit
config files by hand. It also triggers firmware builds and lets you
download the result directly.
TOTEM KEYBOARD
